COVID-19 Updates

The latest community updates on the school's management and response to COVID-19

Sunrise Christian Schools are carefully planning the start of the school year in 2022.

The Premier announced a ‘hybrid model’ for the first few weeks of Term 1, with students in Grade 2-6 and 9-11 learning from home.

Children in other grades whose parents are essential workers or in a vulnerable situation will be able to return to school from Monday 31st. ELC’s can continue to operate in a face to face model.

We understand that parents will have many questions about the start of the new school year and we will provide updates as they become available.

Our direct method of communication to our families is through our School Stream App where you will find our latest letters and other forms of communication.

This webpage will be regularly updated to reflect the latest information.

We would like to reassure parents that the health and wellbeing of our students, staff, families, and community is our priority.

The Sunrise Christian Schools are actively monitoring the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and are committed to providing families with accurate and timely information updates.

As we closely monitor the situation, we will continue to make well-informed, responsible, and timely decisions as necessary.
