About our Mid-Year Reception Intake
Sunrise Christian School Naracoorte is excited to introduce the commencement of the Mid-Year Reception Intake. Opting for a Term 3 start for your child comes with many advantages. The Mid-Year Reception Intake can ready your child for school, providing a smooth transition into Grade 1. Ensure a solid start to your child's educational journey with six terms of Reception.
If you're considering enrolling your child mid-year, Sunrise Christian School can help them develop self-confidence in a supportive school environment. Our school provides a nurturing atmosphere that prepares children for the years of schooling.
Who can enrol for Reception Mid-Year Intake?
In 2025, children who turn 5 years old:
Between 1st May and 31st October can start school in Term 3 (mid-year intake).
After 31st October can start Term 1 2026.
Enrolment at Sunrise Christian School
Enrolment at Sunrise Christian School is an important process for your family. We know this time can be exciting for children and families, and we understand finding the right school can also be a daunting task.
Our enrolment process is comprised of the following steps that all families should complete:
- Visit us in person and decide if Sunrise Christian School is the right fit for your family
- Request a prospectus and complete an online enrolment form (Sunrise Christian School)
- Attend an enrolment interview and tour (coordinated by the school)
- Accept the letter of offer
- Attend a meeting at which the enrolment contract, other relevant forms, and a confirmation payment is made. At this meeting, you'll also be able to get started on our parent apps.
We accept enrolment forms anytime but highly recommend that your family attend a tour at Sunrise Naracoorte before completing an application form.
